Gone Quilting
On this sunny September day, I’m basting and longarm quilting my Wild Oranges quilt.
My dad loved to fish and took me fishing more than once as a child. He had a sign “gone fishing” that hung above the door to his workshop behind our house. That sign always made me smile, even though dad was more often than not actually to be found at home.
I hope that you can immerse yourself today in the flow of something you love!
Ta da - a finished Wild Oranges quilt, again. This second rendition turned out just as beautiful as the first, in my opinion. I’m delighted that following the quilt pattern really did reproduce the play of shapes and value in such a satisfactory manner. It has depth and sparkle. Hooray!
