Week 5: Sew Quadrant 4

Gather up your cut ovals and press every last orange peel shape.

Sometimes I let my mind wander and turn over thoughts and ideas as I do such quiet, meditative work. Other times I put on an audiobook and let the author carry me away. Whatever your groove, I hope that your enjoy making this final quarter of the Wild Oranges quilt.

Quadrant 4 is heavy with orange peel blossoms. They really are such pretty things, aren’t they?

The reward for your efforts is sewing the quadrants together into a finished quilt top at last! And what a beauty it’s sure to be. I love, love the energy and movement of this quilt design.
