I’m usually a one-quilt-at-a-time kind of girl, but sometimes juggling multiple projects really has its perks. Lately I’ve been sewing patchwork groups for Positivities. That’s a process which takes my complete focus since I’m streamlining and documenting the construction process for the club. It has been perfectly delightful to sew brainless Crossroads blocks in between.
On Saturday when I had some time to myself, I turned on some music and danced along with this quilt. This is where I started. After a few hours I had all the pieces cut and waiting on my design wall for weekday sewing. Yes!
Most of the blocks are Our Fair Home by Anna Maria Horner, while the crosses are a mixture of AMH scraps, white scraps and Our Fair Home. It’s super vibrant to say the least.

This is my last week busy in the studio. During the two weeks after Christmas, I’ll be in on vacation and posting a mixture of planned posts and things that I prepare while away from home. I am going to finish this pretty vibrant thing before Christmas, so that I can take it with me on vacation and take some pictures there.
