If you're a fan of pretty fabrics - think Amy Butler, Joel Dewberry and Heather Bailey - you'll be right at home at Southern Fabric. This shop stocks a whole lot of precuts from Moda and more, so you can buy up collections of pretty matched fabrics cut in strips, squares, even hexagons! Or you can shop yardage, of course. I noticed they also have quite a range of patterns and some notions too.
Guess what? Southern Fabric has a gift certificate to give away! Looking around today, it was easy to find some fabrics that I'd love to take home, should I be so lucky.
First, I'd definitely stash the Herringbone print by Joel Dewberry in every color. I LOVE that fabric for patchwork and bindings and everything, really. So glad he brought it back in his True Colors! These neutral-rich polka dots seem like interesting mixers and the other floral prints from Lark and Nicey Jane are full of happy color.
Southern Fabric has Joel Dewberry's complete True Colors, sold in bundles and piece by piece. I like the looks of this teal group. Aqua and teal are such rich stash basics!
And then look at this new Matryoshka doll charm pack. Oh, my, would Aria have fun with this! I keep thinking about Easter presents. Is it spring yet?
I was happy to see that Southern Fabric saves cutting scraps organized by collections. What a smart idea! With all those bits working so easily together, you could jump on a new scrappy project with these scrap bags. I've always favored Nicey Jane. If I had a gift certificate, this one would surely jump in my bag!
