That would be a patchwork journal. Obviously. As part of Freespirit's 12 Weeks of Christmas, I've prepared a tutorial for this ZigZag Patchwork Journal. It's made to fit a standard composition book. You know, the ones often made by Mead with black, plaid covers? It's a reusable and could totally look "manly" in the right fabrics. What's not to love?

I used Denyse Schmidt's Chicopee fabrics in corduroy to make a soft, cuddly treat I'm hoping someone won't be able to resist (fabrics provided by Freespirit).
