It's my Droplet covered journal with a single, symmetrical curve. During week 4, Advanced Curves, there will be 3 curve-drafting projects for students to choose from. This one is sweet and simple - a lovely first go at this skill.
I filled out my Chicopee version with lots of scraps, front and back.

And then made a second version in Heather Ross' Itsy Bitsy Spider print. How could I not?

A sprinkle of embroidery, just for kicks? That's totally optional, of course! Do you like?
Next up (behind the scenes) is my new mini quilt for the Advanced Curves drafting week. I won't be sharing that one here, since I always keep a few projects private as happy little surprises for my students. But, I can tell you that if you like Droplets....
