Batting Giveaway!

Time for another Warm & Natural batting giveaway!  You know you want it, you know you need it... Yes, I realize this is not the most sexy giveaway, but you all know I have a soft spot for practical, right?

Warm & Natural Batting Giveaway!

On this Saturday morning I get to start a new project.  Mmmmm... love that feeling!  Ya know what I hate?  When you get to the end of a project and realize you don't have all that you need to wrap things up.  That's why I stash away batting by the 6-pack case, but I always share one with you.

So, you can call this the "oh-so-practical-Rachel-it's-boring" giveaway OR the "cool-I-needed-that" giveaway. Because you probably do need this - it's a FULL sized batting, which would be perfect for a Bottled Rainbow quilt, a Swoon quilt or just about anything else. Measures 90 x 96".

And in case you're wondering, Warm & Natural by the Warm Company is totally my go-to batting.  I like that it's a natural fiber, doesn't need preshrinking and allows me to quilt up to 10" apart.  The whole "no chemicals, glues, or resins" statement makes me like it too.

So, do you want it? Just add your comment here, telling me what you want most for Christmas.  I think my Christmas money is going to the Flea Market Fance reprint...  US-only entries please, this package will be a little heavy to ship internationally.  I'll draw a random winner on Tuesday at noon!

***Comments Closed****

And the winner is.... Hannah!  Congratulations to comment #79, who said, "This is my go-to batting as well (along with Warm & White). For Christmas? A FQ bundle of Echo! Thanks for the giveaway!"  I'm emailing you now!

  46. Hi Rachel, we share a common, favorite batting. :)
At the top of my Christmas wishlist is an upholstered chair for my new sunroom/studio. I imagine a barrel chair to welcome anyone who like to chat with me as I sew. The studio is a blessing that sprang from tornado damage as the battered screened in porch needed to be re-framed anyway. So I've spent the past month since we moved home both playing in my studio and repurposing/painting some of our old furniture to make it a workable space.

    ReplyDelete
  119. I'm not entering the giveaway for the same reason I'm posting now..I won this giveaway last time! :D I just wanted to say that I love this batting so much! I've used it now for a baby quilt and a small quilt for my vet and it's fantastic. I never would have tried this batting on my own (I don't have a lot of time to sew, so I don't need batting often which means I don't get to try a lot of it) so I'm very grateful that I won this last time.

    Thanks so much!

Oh, and what I really want for Christmas if for my boyfriend to find a job!

  129. What I want most for Christmas is health for my daughter and health for myself. I have come to learn the last 2 years that there is nothing worse in this world than watching your child be sick and knowing that there isn't thing one you can do to make it better. I would love to have that for Christmas.

    ReplyDelete

  139. This is such a thoughtful giveaway! While we all like to get the pretty stacks of colorful fabric to horde away for a later project (me included!), batting is what makes a quilt. Without it, you're just snuggling up with a sheet.;)

I would really like a serger for Christmas so that I can finally tackle somw of those apparel projects I have been keeping on hold.

  151. My favorite thing and what I want most for Christmas is to have as many of the family with us that day as we can. There is great joy and peace to be able to sit and watch our children, spouses and their children interact and play together. There is so much joy in seeing the love and respect they all have for each other. The presents are opened, the meals are done, the hassle and bustle and hustle are gone and I can just sit and watch and feel contentment fill my soul.
